- The following Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Betclic.
- The Welcome Offer is available exclusively to new customers who have created an account with Betclic. Customers who have already held an Account and / or made a deposit are not eligible for the Welcome Offer.
- This offer is not available for UK residents.
- The customer is eligible for Freebets amount of 100% of their initial bet up to a maximum of €100 or applicable currency equivalent. The Freebets amount will be credited to the separate Freebets balance. The initial bet shall be placed within 30 days after the opening of the account.
- To receive the Welcome Offer, customers must opt-in to the offer on the deposit page when making their first deposit.
- The Welcome Offer is attributable to Users placing their first sports bet on the Site (minimum odds 1.50), excluding system bets, Cashout bets and cancelled bets (in which case, the Welcome Offer will be carried forward to the next bet placed meeting the conditions). The amount of the first eligible bet will be automatically credited to the Freebets balance on the User Account to a maximum of the limit of one hundred (100) euros. The credit will be automatic and based on the result of the first eligible bet, regardless of the outcome of the bet (winner or loser). Warning: Freebets are non-removable. - The Welcome Offer can only be awarded once per promotion and per account. Any holder of an Account who has at one point benefited from the Welcome Offer, cannot in the future benefit from any other welcome offer on his Account.
- The Welcome Offer is only attributable once per user, IP address, computer, family, residential address, phone number, bank card or bank account.
- In case of successive attribution of several offers of the same type, each offer is entered in a chronological list so that, as soon as the first offer is exhausted, you automatically start using the next offer, in accordance with the conditions of your offer.
- If a customer has two active offers on their account the offer that was triggered first will be attributed first.
- Any offer awarded to you is personal, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- The use of the Welcome Offer is governed by the rules applicable to the Sports universe. The rules can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Betclic.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the Welcome Offer if we believe that you have misused the Site by opening multiple accounts in order to benefit from several identical offers.
- We reserve the right to alter, annul or withdraw any and all of the terms of any offer at any time. Changes will be made upon reasonable notice and posted online or otherwise brought to your attention so that customers are able to read and accept them prior to continuing to participate in the offer.
